Philodendron 'Birkin'

Birkin is an upright, clumping Philodendron with leaves that emerge green but mature to display lovely, cream-colored striations. Each leaf is different so you can enjoy an ever-changing display throughout the year.

• Light: Indirect Sunlight – This plant needs at least some natural light so place it somewhere with windows nearby.
• Water: Thirsty – This plant can only go 1 to 2 weeks without water so check weekly and water when the top two inches of soil dry out.
• Tips: Like many houseplants, it would rather be too dry than too wet so if you are unsure about whether it needs water, wait a day or two and check again.

-Minor damage during shipping is entirely normal and should be expected, especially in extreme summer or winter temperatures. Don’t worry—damaged foliage can be trimmed away and will not affect the plant's root system or overall health.
-Hold off on watering if the soil is still moist, and wait 2-4 weeks before repotting or fertilizing. This patience will help your plant adjust smoothly without going into shock.
