Hoya Obovata 'Spash'

Hoya obovata splash, also known as wax plant, is a succulent vine which produces clusters of fragrant star-shaped waxy flowers. The thick round shape leaves have splashes of white, silver or even pink variegation on them.

Once a Hoya starts to put on flower buds do not disturb it, and after it has bloomed don't remove the spent flowers. Allow the dead flowers to fall off on their own.  This interesting plant doesn't like to be repotted unless it's absolutely necessary.
